When playing the game the main board looks at the signal lines for the clown scores sensors if 2 complete rows of clowns are knocked down the main board will send a signal to lift the clowns back up or if the game has ended prior to starting a new game the main board will send a signal to lift the clowns. if this is not occurring first check your score sensors are properly operating Down the clown - Reset shelf runs but no clowns are knocked down . If the score sensors are operating correctly then see the PDF below to determine if the failure is coming from the main board or if the issue is the motor and wiring related to the shelf.
Down the Clown - one or more of the shelves of clowns will not lift the back up
