If after assembling the game there is nothing shown on the scoreboard and the game is a home edition the game has an external power button on the outside of the base pressing the power button will turn the unit on. If the unit still doesn't turn on check that the ribbon cable is plugged in properly the RED line should face toward connectors P2 and P3.
