Ghostbusters computers have used two different series of video cards through out its production the 730 series and the 1030 series. The two different versions are not interchangeable so when reloading your game software make sure you check the video card version, using the incorrect software will result in the computer freezing on the loading screen.
If your video card is a 730 or below:

The software is designed to be installed via DVD, if you do not have the ability to burn a DVD you can purchase disk with the software on it by ordering part number GB2090X.
After completion of the download insert a blank DVD into your computer that you downloaded the image on, move the the downloaded image to the DVD drive directory and select "burn" from the top menu, once the burn process is done remove it from the computer.
Power the Ghostbusters game on then insert the DVD into the computer. Once the disc has been inserted into the computer turn the game off wait approximately 30 seconds then turn the games' power back on, upon reboot the computer will boot from the DVD and begin the installation. When the installation completes the game will eject the DVD and display a message on the screen stating if the installation was successful or failed and telling you to remove the disk from the game and reboot.
If your video card is a 1030 :

This version uses RT flash creator to create a bootable image on a USB drive. Click here to download the latest version of RT flash see the instructions below for installation steps to create the drive. Once the drive has been created insert it into one of the USB ports on the games computer and turn the game on. Upon power up the computer should load the image that you created on the USB drive, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation.
If the game computer ignores the USB drive on power up make sure your BIOS is configured correctly or press the F9 key during the boot process to access the boot menu and manually select the USB drive from the menu.
