We have worked continuously on making improvements to our Neon Bowling game the game. One of the features of the game allows us to update the games’ software remotely. This allows the operator to concentrate on other tasks. We are releasing a new software patch which includes new features and corrections to the game software. The auto updater software used to perform this function will not properly install this update. This update may cause your game to fail upon booting resulting in a continuous reboot situation. We sincerely apologize for this. The included USB stick contains a special update that will repair the auto updating software and update the game software at the same time. This patch must be installed before 09/12/2025. The Wi-Fi connection must be disabled once this patch has been installed until after the date listed above.
If you do not use the auto updater option, it is still highly recommended to apply the patch to your game.

Download and copy the file onto a blank USB flash drive. Insert the USB stick into any open USB connector. Plug a keyboard and mouse into any open USB connectors. Press the "ESC" key to exit the game software. Navigate to the flash drive and select the update file you copied. Once completed, disconnect Wi-Fi until after 9/12/2025.
