We have replaced the sensor that is used in the hit pad for Whack N win. The new sensor will require a new version of software to operate properly. This software version is used on the Brain board 2.0 (shown below) if your version of software is below version WN2.09 the hit pad will not operate properly.
**please note that dip switch bank SW5 must be set to switch 1 on and 2 off for proper operation**
To update your game software, click here to download the latest version.
-once downloaded change the file name to update.bin
-remove the micro-SD card from the game
-insert the card into your computer and copy the update file to the root of the SD card
-reinstall the SD card into the game an power on
-the display on the brain board will ask you update the version
-press the SW3 button to change the display to yes
-press the Sw4 button to confirm the update
-when complete the game will display the new version of code on the brain board display
