Open the top score panel of the game, you will see on the left side of the area there is a power switch make sure that it is pressed to the "I " is pressed down. If so then look at the main board are there any lights lit? if there are no lights lit on the board then check that the power cord is plugged in to the wall, located inside the power switch is a fuse check to see if the fuse is blown (see the PDF below).
If there are lights on the board then check the connector for the buttons at the J3 position is secure and then the interconnection harnessing along the bottom of the lane and at the back of the buttons has not come unplugged. If all connections check good then contact ICE service department at 716-759-0360 for further troubleshooting.
