The Notch line is active Low. For a valid low pulse, voltage must be lower than .7 VDC and the high pulse should be 4.5 VDC. The ticket run lin (or enable pulse) is active high which must be 5 VDC logic, not 3.3 VDC. Use DL-1275 protocol setting if available if you are having trouble getting tickets to load to your card swipe system. This protocol is considered the standard for ticket mechanisms, 50 ms on, 50 ms off resulting in 10 tickets per second.
This game can accept a pulse of 30ms on, 30 ms off resulting in 16.5 tickets per second.
